Tonight we have a fairly big update to the Custom Search tool. You can now use it to find vehicles that have the different Z06 aero options, or no aero at all. The way these options are set up made this a bit of a pain compared to other options, so its a pretty significant update to the tool. I have tested it the best I can and it appears to work properly and produce accurate results. The tool is smart enough to remove the T0F or T0G options when the user spcifies they want to search for CFV or CFZ, so it's simple and straightforward to use. It should 'just work' the way someone would expect it to.
The response to the release of the Custom Search tool has been very positive. In the week that it has existed it is the fourth most accessed page on the site. I plan to keep adding options to it, but it will be less of a priority this week as I move on to other tasks.
That's all for tonight. Once again, thanks for all the support the site has received. Aside from a few spikes in traffic, the growth of the site has been steady. It now has passed over 200 registered and verified users. Each day 40-50 registered users access the site, but another 200-300 unregistered users are also using it daily. This sort of daily usage far exceeded any sort of expectation I had. Seeing the traffic and userbase grow at a consistent rate is what keeps me motivated to keep on improving the site. My 'to do' list is pretty big, but I plan to keep on working thru it.
